Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Sports Administration/SWA, responsible for providing leadership to the day to day facility and event operations and varsity sport administration for the University of Massachusetts Division I intercollegiate athletics program.  Directly oversee those efforts with regard to facility management, maintenance, renovations, capital projects and event management for select sports as assigned by the Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Sports Administration/SWA. Supervision of eight (8) athletics maintenance staff, interns, student and event staff.

Director Enterprise Risk Management UMass President's Office
The Director of Enterprise Risk Management is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the University’s enterprise-wide risk management program.  In managing the University’s enterprise-wide risk management program, the Director of Enterprise Risk Management will facilitate the university's definition of risk appetite and tolerance, coordinate risk assessments, identify operational and strategic risks, provide leadership to senior management, facilitate the prioritization of risks and identification of risk owners, and develop and communicate risk reports to management. Primary responsibilities are to provide visionary leadership and to develop the Enterprise Risk Management Program for the University. The Director will be expected to develop and enable the university's organizational parts to manage, improve and grow the risk culture at all level. A successful candidate should seek to develop both the traditional Risk aspects as well as the benefits of Risk. Assisting and working with the senior administrative personnel in all departments, and campuses over the five areas of risk: Health and Safety, Financial, Operational, Strategic and Reputational. The Director provides a centralized process for aggregating and reporting risk information for all the UMass campuses. The Director will monitor and validate risk measurement and valuation methodologies to ensure alignment of the university's risk management capabilities with its strategic direction. This position also assists with tasks associated with the system-wide emergency preparedness and health and safety activities. The incumbent will be fully dedicated to assist the Senior Vice President and the Associate Vice President for Administration and Finance in identifying opportunities for collaboration across the System.

Library System Coordinator – Five Colleges Consortium UMass Amherst
Reporting to the Associate Dean of Library Technology and the Five Colleges Librarians Council through the Dean of Libraries, the Library System Coordinator – Five Colleges Consortium position leads the management and ongoing utilization of the Five Colleges’ library software platform, related projects and auxiliary services. Currently the Five Colleges has started the process of implementing FOLIO, which is a collaboration of libraries, developers and vendors building an open source library services platform. Working with the UMass Amherst Libraries staff, the primary library system contact(s) at each of the Five College member libraries, the FOLIO Implementation Team, and the Five Colleges functional committees, the Coordinator facilitates communication and project efforts among the libraries and within the shared FOLIO system. This includes maintaining common configuration tables, troubleshooting problem reports, writing custom reports, advising on workflow, coordinating communications with external support, and providing training and documentation to library staff. This position serves as the information conduit between the FOLIO community and the Five Colleges Libraries, including advocacy, special Library Services Platform related projects, and interaction with auxiliary services. The incumbent is expected to maintain a broad and detailed mastery of FOLIO, and interactions between FOLIO and other systems (including EBSCO Discovery), and other core applications while contributing to and advancing the collaborative vision of the Five Colleges Libraries
