Transfer Enrollment Counselor UMass Boston
The Transfer Enrollment Counselor will be responsible for the prospecting and recruitment of Bunker Hill Community College students. The Transfer Enrollment Counselor will be responsible for administering the various components of the Joint Admissions program, a comprehensive transfer agreement focused on supporting the hundreds of students who transfer from Bunker Hill Community College to UMass Boston each year. The incumbent will be charged with creating and maintaining clear advising materials that will provide guidance to Bunker Hill Community College students looking to transfer to UMass Boston; and will foster relationships with stakeholders at Bunker Hill Community College key community colleges, including but not limited to, faculty, advisors, and students. The Transfer Enrollment Counselor will have a comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of the academic offerings at the community college Bunker Hill Community College and at UMass Boston and will be able to provide specific and detailed information to prospective students to ensure that program and course selections are directly aligned with students' intended baccalaureate degrees. Additionally, the Transfer Enrollment Counselor will collaborate with the Enrollment Management Marketing Team to tailor web content, print pieces, email communications, and SMS campaigns to recruit and yield students from Bunker Hill Community College to the University.
Program Assistant INENAS (Inst. for New England Native American Studies) UMass Boston
The Institute for New England Native American Studies Program Assistant will work closely with all members of the team to support activities related to technical assistance, dissemination, project coordination, and grant management.
