| This 6-month (18-37.5 hours/ week) temporary position supports the Academic Advisors on UMass Lowell’s Online Undergraduate Student Success team. Duties include advising case management, call campaign support, student meetings, and other proactive outreach that support matriculated online adult learners throughout the academic lifecycle. The person in this role must confidently and accurately leverage data and student success reports to identify and prioritize student needs. The successful candidate will promote optimism, collaboration, respect, solutions-focused dialogue, and exceptional service to everyone. | This part-time (18 hours/ week) temporary position provides administrative support for UMass Lowell’s Online Undergraduate Student Success team. The Enrollment Support Specialist (ESS) will review the records of incoming students to ensure timely follow-up on transcripts and enrollment. The ESS will also support student retention and enrollment efforts, including call campaigns, Zoom Room support, and other duties as assigned.
