Infrastructure Engineer (Hybrid Opportunity) UMass Amherst
The Infrastructure Engineer will assist with data management, provide administration and support of enterprise level network infrastructure management and monitoring tools, create and maintain documentation and continually improve procedures, and help troubleshoot and resolve network outages and performance issues. The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for administration of campus IP address namespace, DNS and DHCP servers, archiving network device configurations, monitoring changes to devices on the network, deploying mass changes to devices and automatic device configuration, and enforcing IT policies.
Human Resources Business Partner II (Hybrid Opportunity) UMass Amherst
Under the general direction of the Lead HR Business Partner, the HR Business Partner II (HRBP II) provides consultative HR services to academic administration units within the Office of the Provost. The HRBP II facilitates HR processes aligned with University policies and collective bargaining agreements and serves as a key point of contact for HR matters. This role provides support for moderately complex issues related to recruitment, classification, compensation, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. Cape MA TA Center Director UMass Boston
The Behavioral Health Integrated Resources for Children (BIRCh) Center at the University of Massachusetts seeks a Cape Cod Massachusetts Regional School-Based Behavioral Health Technical Assistance (SBBH TA) Center Director. The BIRCh Center is a statewide initiative aimed at providing professional development and resources for schools to enhance the coordination of behavioral health supports across school and community agencies. A significant task of this recently state-funded project is to develop a statewide SBBH TA Center. We are currently seeking a Regional TA Center Director to oversee operations and provide coaching and training to district teams in Cape Cod Massachusetts.

The Operations Coordinator (Administrative Assistant I) provides vital administrative, reception, and operational support to ensure the effective daily functioning of the Academic and Career Engagement and Success (ACES) Center. As the primary point of contact at the front desk, this position supports students, staff, employers, and community members while maintaining a welcoming, organized, and responsive environment. The Operations Coordinator also plays a key role in coordinating office logistics, supervising front desk operations, and supporting departmental initiatives.
Title IX & Civil Rights Investigator UMass Boston
Under the direction of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Civil Rights and Title IX and Title IX Coordinator, the Title IX and Civil Rights Investigator will serve as the investigator for Title IX and other relevant cases and will conduct interviews with the impacted party, respondent and relevant witness, ensuring a well-documented investigative process. The incumbent will maintain and track all appropriate statistics as required by university policy, as well as federal and state laws, practices, rules, and regulations. The Investigator will coordinate with campus offices and partners, including but not limited to the Office of General Counsel (OGC), Office of Dean of Students (DOS), Office of Human Resources (HR), University Health Services (UHS) and the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
