In addition, we seek candidates whose expertise aligns with our philosophy of training students in the use of empirically supported treatments (e.g., behavior therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT-C, ERP, PCIT, TF-CBT).

We seek a faculty member who values working in a collegial, collaborative environment, guided by a commitment to helping all students achieve their educational goals. The ideal candidate will embrace our values predicated on the primacy of student success and will support an inclusive, accessible, and equitable learning environment.
