Reporting to the Assistant Director of Enrollment Management Financial Services and Customer Relations (EM-FSCR), the Customer Service Coordinator (Clerk IV) shares responsibility for all aspects of “front line” customer service and reception for the Offices of Enrollment Management (Undergraduate Admissions and Financial Aid Services), with a primary focus on Financial Aid customer service and support of the EM-FSCR call center.  The Customer Service Coordinator provides exemplary customer service in person and via phone and email to students, families, and other constituent groups.  The Customer Service Coordinator assists with training, scheduling, and providing guidance to student staff members working in the EM-FSCR call center.  This position requires a detailed understanding of Financial Aid processes, timelines, and regulations and superior customer service and communication skills.
