Under the direction of the Associate Dean of Students, the Director of Community Standards will manage the day-to-day operations of the student conduct process for the University and will assist the Dean of Students Office in sensitive and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)-protected online record management, audits and reporting. The incumbent will be responsible for tracking, auditing and closing conduct cases utilizing specialized software; assisting in the management of the Student Conduct Hearing Board, including member recruitment, training, selection and scheduling; serving as the organizer of external data requests; adjudicating conduct cases; coordinating and managing compliance records; and, auditing student life case management processes for the Dean of Students Office and the affiliated offices and departments supervised by the Dean of Students. Additionally, the incumbent will collaborate with campus partners and will contribute to Student Affairs and Campus Life initiatives and projects. This position is identified as a Title IX Responsible Employee and a Clery Campus Security Authority (CSA).

Master’s Degree in student affairs related field (or J.D.0 and a minimum of three-five (3-5) years of student conduct related experience required; OR Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of five–seven (5-7) years of student conduct related experience required.
