Faculty Part Time - Art History Survey I: Ancient to Medieval UMass Lowell
The Art History Program in the College of Fine Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences seeks applicants for an adjunct faculty member for Art History Survey I: Ancient to Medieval for the FAHSS Art History concentration in the BLA , the Art History minor, and Art + Design major. Teaching load is one 3-credit course per semester (with the possibility of repetition annually). S/He will provide a course that has a student-centered pedagogy and that will enable students to become familiar with the significant art and issues of the period. Robert J. Manning Endowed Chair in Finance UMass Lowell
The Finance Department at the Robert J. Manning School of Business, University of Massachusetts Lowell, is seeking applications for the prestigious Robert J. Manning Endowed Chair in Finance, a tenured full-professor appointment. We invite applications from tenured full professors or advanced Associate professors with the potential for promotion to full professor status with a Ph.D. in Finance from an AACSB-accredited school. The ideal candidates will possess a record of nationally recognized research in any area of Finance as evidenced by publications in top-tier finance journals. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate excellence in teaching and service within their academic community and profession. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high-quality research agenda, mentor Ph.D. students, work collegially, and collaborate effectively with faculty, graduate and undergraduate students, alumni, and stakeholders within the School and the broader community. Additionally, they will be required to continue their external service to the profession. Appointment start date is open.
CDL Shuttle Driver (part-time/temporary) UMass Lowell
Drivers will act as customer service representatives and drive University shuttle buses on designated routes transporting community members between various locations on campus.
