| The Associate Director for Labor Relations oversees the implementation and day-to-day administration of the University's staff collective bargaining agreements. Participates in the development, planning, and implementation of labor strategy, labor relations policies and procedures. Promotes collaborative labor relations by providing leadership, representation, coordination, advice, and support to university leaders in all aspects of labor relations, including contract administration, grievance handling, arbitrations, collective bargaining and unfair labor practice charges. Maintains effective relationships with union leadership, legal counsel, and utility industry labor relations contacts. |

Reporting to the Institute Director, this position will provide logistical, operational, and administrative support for ongoing programs, stakeholder meetings, and outreach activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing schedules, supporting events, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of a high-impact, multi-institutional initiative in nuclear energy and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, workshops, and events related to the Nuclear Energy Roadmap.
• Coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, reimbursements, and documentation for Institute activities.
• Assist in maintaining databases of partners, sponsors, and participants.
• Support project reporting and basic budget tracking under the guidance of the Director.
• Assist with preparation of communication materials, newsletters, and web updates.
• Help coordinate student interns and part-time assistants supporting Institute operations.
• Provide clerical assistance for proposal submission and grant documentation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for general inquiries related to nuclear programs. |
