Incumbents of positions in this series maintain buildings and related structures applying carpentry techniques and using carpentry tools to construct, alter, repair and/or install walls, stairs, floors, ceilings, windows, doors, roofs , etc., inspect buildings to determine need for carpentry to be done; erect and dismantle staging and scaffolding; and perform related work as required. The basic purpose of this work is to perform carpentry maintenance work in support of general maintenance, repair and/or alteration of state buildings and related structures. |

The Investigation Coordinator/Paralegal plays a critical role in supporting the Equal Opportunity and Access (EOA) Office's mission to promote a respectful, equitable, and inclusive campus community. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Equal Opportunity Investigations, and operating within the broader leadership of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Equal Opportunity and Access, the Coordinator provides essential administrative and paralegal support for EOA intake and investigative functions. This position assists with managing case-related documentation, supports investigative interviews, coordinates meetings and schedules, and ensures timely, organized, and confidential handling of sensitive matters. The Coordinator must demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills and sound judgment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with complex and sensitive information and will value collaboration, discretion, and equity in all aspects of their work. |

This managerial position oversees communication planning and implementation within Slate CRM, ensuring a coordinated, results-oriented approach to prospective student engagement. This role also serves as a key advisor and collaborator across Enrollment Management on communication strategy, systems optimization, and user experience improvements. They work collaboratively with the marketing office to support their communications and content delivered in the communications plan. The role is the last line for communication approval and responsible for scheduling and sending communications, forms and portals using a development cycle process.
