Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Dining Common, the Assistant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dining common, in the areas of quality control, program enhancement, food purchasing, food production, quality assurance, line presentation, staff scheduling and customer service. This position is also responsible for the planning and the implementation of special projects designated by the Executive Director, Food Services as deemed necessary. The projects will include operations management, marketing programs, customer services, training, catering, quality assurance and the supervision of an additional operation and special events, as needed. In the absence of the Dining Common Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for nights and weekends duties

Nurse Care Manager & Outreach Coordinator UMass Lowell
As a member of the Health Services team, the Nurse Care Manager and Outreach Coordinator is responsible for providing broad case management services associated with specific student health care needs including but not limited to support of student referrals to specialty services outside of UML and to disease specific logistical support during times of public health initiatives. Triage and direct nursing care to students are also primary functions of the role.

The Project Coordinator Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director and the Fine Arts Center’s strategic initiatives. This position is the principal aide to the Director of the Fine Arts Center with responsibility for proactively managing a wide range of high priority projects and initiatives, including organizing, coordinating, and translating ideas into plans of action. The position works closely with the Fine Arts Center’s leadership team to execute critical action items needed to achieve University and Fine Art Center strategic objectives. The Project Coordinator Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Director’s office and provides a bridge for effective communication between the office, internal, and external stakeholders.
Academic Advisor/Senior Academic Advisor UMass Amherst
The Senior/Academic Advisor works collaboratively with program administrators and staff to support a comprehensive academic advising program serving the 750+ undergraduate students enrolled in the Public Health Sciences (PHS) major. The Senior/Academic Advisor is responsible for administering advising programs, implementing advising policies, assisting faculty with advising, supervising Peer Advisors, problem solving to respond to student needs, and working with SPHHS advising staff. The Senior/Academic Advisor provides advising services to undergraduate students regarding academic regulations and policies, fulfillment of major and University requirements, resolution of academic challenges, and preparation for diverse career paths within the field of public health.
