Seasonal Admissions Reader/Reviewer - Temporary Professional UMass Amherst
Under the direction of the Senior Associate Director of First-Year Admissions, this position reads, reviews, and renders decisions about undergraduate admissions to the University. Readers evaluate information presented by prospective students in support of their applications for admission and determine suitability for acceptance. The position may also be asked to recruit prospective students in a specific territory by giving presentations, attending college fairs, visiting high schools, and communicating with students and families.
Director of Project Management UMass Boston
The Director of Project Management for the UMass Boston Facilities Department provides strategic leadership for all project-related activities, overseeing project managers and OPMs ensuring projects align with the university's goals and standards for design and construction. This role involves providing technical support, developing and implementing project management methodologies, managing resources, fostering collaboration across teams and meeting budgets and schedules for a large program of projects. The Director PM, will work in close collaboration with the senior management of Facilities, the Director of Campus Planning, other university departments, and various external agencies.
Executive Assistant I UMass Amherst
Provides executive level administrative support to the Dean of University Libraries by assisting in a wide range of complex and confidential matters including overseeing the Dean’s schedule, researching and preparing reports and presentations, screening visitors and telephone calls, composing or preparing other correspondence, and maintaining paper and electronic files. The Executive Assistant I also provides additional support to members of the Libraries’ Leadership Team and assists in various special projects and initiatives on behalf of the group.
Clerk V (MarCom Office Administrator) UMass Amherst
Provides executive-level support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and University’s MarCom group leadership team which is comprised of the various team leaders in MarCom: marketing strategy, web, creative, Constituent Relationship Management (CRM). Requires a high level of discretion, accountability, coordination, knowledge, and competence. Provides a variety of administrative support functions for the University MarCom Group. Establishes and implements operational procedures to ensure that this large and very fast-paced office runs efficiently thus enabling the team to meet campus wide marketing needs.
Maintainer I (Hampshire Dining Commons) UMass Amherst
Performs general custodial duties in connection with the cleaning and maintenance of a building or of an assigned area within a building in the Auxiliary Services Department. Works as a member of a team cleaning custodial program (CAPP Hillyard Rovic) which includes housekeeping, cleaning, moving furniture, and trash removal in assigned Auxiliary Services buildings.
