Job Description:

The Charlton College of Business at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth seeks to fill a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in accounting, effective September 1, 2025.

Minimum Qualifications:

An earned doctoral degree in accounting, or an ABD in accounting very close to completion, from an AACSB accredited university will be considered. Must be able to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in accounting. Candidates must conduct scholarly research that leads to publication in high quality peer reviewed scholarly journals and provide service to the university, school and profession.  In case of ABD, contract renewal will be subject to fulfilling all the requirements of the doctoral degree by 12/31/2025.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certification such as CPA is a plus.

Salary: $130,000 to $145,000
