The Director of LfC Administration & Operations provides day-to-day coordination for the Leading for Change and other leadership development programs and projects of the Early Education Leaders institute. This position is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement of all operational aspects of the leadership development offerings, the Leadership Forum, and coordination with other alumni programming. They oversee all logistics of program implementation, including event planning and support for new contract start-up. The Director reports to the Executive Director and works closely with them and other members of the LfC team to ensure the successful execution of the Institute’s leadership program strategy. The Director is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with, and meeting all deliverables for, the project’s funders and partner organizations. |

The Communications Dispatcher II (Facilities Services) operates with considerable independence to maintain the 24/7/365 Facilities Service Center. Primary responsibilities include core activities related to academic, administrative, and residential routine and emergency facilities management. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, initial contact for campus facilities questions and concerns, dispatching field personnel, entry and review of online service requests, emergency situational awareness and management, campus facilities emergency notifications, and card access monitoring and maintenance. |

In this position, University Police Officers, serve as multi-skilled professionals performing the full spectrum of law enforcement, investigation, and emergency services. The primary duty of this position is the enforcement of all applicable state and local laws; and the enforcement of university traffic rules and regulations. By vigilant observation and investigation, employees in this position will perform identification, apprehension and detention when appropriate, of individuals suspected of violating these laws.
