Web Administrator (Hybrid Opportunity) UMass Amherst
The Web Administrator supports the university’s top tier websites. Under the direction of the Director of Web Content, the Web Administrator is responsible for supporting web-related tasks including but not limited to, website content updates, website migrations through development and staging hosting architecture, and testing websites following security updates and maintenance functions. As a member of the MarCom web team, the Web Administrator will be part of a dynamic environment that utilizes multiple software such as Drupal and Siteimprove to support university websites. The Web Administrator will be the forward-facing MarCom representative assigned to assist campus partners with web support. They will also answer questions from partners related to their websites. Assists with UMass Homepage Suite updates and other web development tasks as needed.
