Director of Reader Family Industry Mentoring Program UMass Lowell
The Director of the Reader Family Industry Mentoring Program will design, implement, and lead a high-impact and comprehensive mentoring initiative that connects students with experienced professionals across diverse industries. A key responsibility of this role is to match students with appropriate industry mentors based on their academic interests, career goals, and professional development needs. The Director will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, alumni, and corporate partners to ensure the program enhances student career readiness, fosters interdisciplinary engagement, and supports the school’s mission of applied, industry-connected learning.
Senior Research Fellow - Analytical Geochemistry UMass Amherst
We are seeking a full-time Senior Research Fellow to manage analytical geochemistry research facilities and instrumentation and conduct research with faculty within the Department of Earth, Geographic, and Climate Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. The Senior Research Fellow will manage the Cosmogenic Nuclide and X-ray Analytical Laboratores in support of research in geochemistry, geomorphology, volcanology, sedimentology, mineralogy, and petrology.

The Department of Classics and Religious Studies Boston invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor position to join our faculty beginning September 1, 2026. Applicants should have a PhD in Classics, and a demonstrable interest in spoken ancient Greek or Latin and Second Language Acquisition (SLA) and the application of the latter to ancient language pedagogy. The candidate will have an interest in outreach to schools, an ability to oversee teaching practica, and consonant with these interests, be ready to teach graduate-level and undergraduate courses in the Classics and Religious Studies Department. The successful candidate will also contribute to interdisciplinary teaching in the College of Liberal Arts in Second Language Acquisition by collaborating with departments that specialize in modern languages such as Latin American and Iberian Studies, -Modern Languages, Literatures and Cultures, and Applied Linguistics.
