| The Academic Program Manager in the College of Science and Mathematics (CSM) contributes to the planning, coordination, and tracking of instructional activities and college-wide programs. The Academic Program Manager partners with departments, graduate programs, and university offices to inform instructional budgets, hiring decisions, student success initiatives, and enrollment planning. The role includes coordinating course scheduling, instructional planning, and data reporting. The role also manages time-sensitive academic and administrative processes, to support student onboarding, degree tracking and event coordination. This position requires strong analytical, organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage time-sensitive data and communications using academic management systems.
As a collaborative position, this role may occasionally be asked to contribute to tasks outside the primary scope of duties, including work across the College and with cross-college initiatives or programs. Occasional participation outside of usual working hours is also expected. |
