The Performing Arts Administrative Manager is the core staff member serving the Fine Arts Center’s (FAC) performing arts series. The AM provides administrative support in coordinating and tracking contracts, artist services, grants, budgets, marketing, and purchasing. This position serves as key facilitator for department staff, performing artists, contractors, and student workers.
Cook I (Blue Wall) UMass Amherst
Prepares and cooks simple dishes using a grill, fry-o-later, toaster or other related food service equipment. Acts as station champion and performs a variety of routine tasks in the preparation and serving of food to order. May also be required to prepare more complex dishes to assist the Cook III.

*** Multiple Positions*** The open positions will include one weekend day as part of the regular workweek. Dependent on University operational needs, the positions to be filled are first shift, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Sunday through Thursday or first shift, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. Incumbents of this position perform janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, maintenance and some grounds keeping tasks at the University. The basic purpose of this work is to perform various manual tasks required for the routine maintenance of the buildings and grounds of an educational campus.
Coordinator of Transfer Initiatives UMass Lowell
The Coordinator for Transfer Initiatives will work closely with admissions, advising, career services, and faculty to help coordinate transfer initiatives and programs. Working closely with a faculty director, the coordinator will be responsible for providing support for transfer students and managing a peer mentor program.
