Grants and Business Manager UMass Boston
The Grant and Business Manager for the College of Science and Mathematics will provide professional support to the Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration by assisting with complex budget and grants administration and various human resources activities. The Grant and Business Manager is responsible for the financial management and administration multi-dimensional functions directly associated with the grants including, but not limited to: budget preparation, account maintenance, personnel actions, funding and expenditure reporting, grant-related purchasing activities and preparation of all grant-related financial and personnel paperwork. This position will work with the departmental staff members (business managers and administrative assistants) in order to coordinate and oversee grant functions that are completed by the departments. Additionally, the Grant and Business Manager will monitor and prepare reports on revenue and expenditures for six departments/academic programs, CSM Student Success Center, and the CSM Dean’s Office; will manage and oversee purchasing and accounting activities for each unit. The Grants and Business Manager will work in collaboration with the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) and other central administrative units at the University.
Greater Boston PADA Archivist UMass Lowell
The Greater Boston Portuguese-American Digital Archives (PADA) is an initiative of the Saab Center in collaboration with the University of Massachusetts Lowell Library System. Among the major goals of PADA is to establish a highly visible, public, and user-friendly repository of cultural heritage materials related to Portuguese Americans in the Greater Boston Area. To achieve this and other related goals, the PADA Archivist will be part of an academic interdisciplinary team at UMass Lowell that will create a sustainable, open-sourced, and inviting digital archive for disseminating and learning about, as well as celebrating, the history and heritage of Portuguese-Americans in New England.
Assistant Professor of English in Composition & Rhetoric, Director of Writing Center UMass Boston

The normal teaching load of tenure-track faculty is 2 courses per semester and the faculty member will receive appropriate courseload reductions while serving as Director.
Director, Campus Master Planning UMass Boston
The Director of Campus Master Planning, under the direction of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Management (AVCFM) and in collaboration with other VCAF departments, such as the Office of Budget and Financial Planning (OBFP), will work directly with University senior administration, as well as state and local agencies, academic and administrative units, appointed committees, hired consultants, community groups and other outside stakeholders in the development and execution of the University’s Campus Master Plan. In addition, the Director of Campus Master Planning will also coordinate and provide organizational support for general campus space programming, various feasibility studies and campus capital projects.
