Associate Director of Annual Giving UMass Boston
The Associate Director of Annual Giving reports to and works with the Director of Annual Giving to design and implement an institution-wide comprehensive annual giving program that aims to grow annual giving participation rates and dollars raised. Utilizing direct mail, e-mail, phone-a-thon, prospect visits, digital media, text, and the Chancellor’s Council leadership giving society, the incumbent will work to gain philanthropic support from alumni, faculty/staff, students, parents, retirees, and friends. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing new programs, as needed, to support the mission of the university. The Associate Director will collaborate with other members of the front-line fundraising and alumni engagement team, as well as administration and academic units, on outreach and will work with each member individually to maximize efforts to raise both annual gifts and leadership gifts within each college or school at the university.
Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist - Engineering (Hybrid Opportunity) UMass Amherst

The basic purpose of this work is to operate, monitor, maintain and repair utility systems and equipment and that the power plant facility is operated and maintained safely and efficiently.
Director - Research Development UMass Lowell
The Director of Research Development (D-RD) will develop strategic plans for research growth, catalyze and facilitate cross-disciplinary research initiatives within the university and with external partners, and enable large, complex research initiatives, including large grant applications in response to funding opportunities. The D-RD will lead a growing staff dedicated to developing strong grant proposal development, fostering research teaming and collaborations within and beyond the university, promoting faculty and student success, collaboration, and inclusion, and catalyzing research growth. The D-RD will collaborate closely with other units across campus including the Office for Research Administration, the Office of Research Integrity, the Office of the Provost, University Advancement, and the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Innovation. The R-DR is expected to have strong skills in communication and customer service, data analytics for predicting areas of opportunity and growth, and facilitation of collaborations, partnerships, and investments.
