Job Summary
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of dining administration within a dynamic environment.
Essential Functions
- Research and analyze a variety of data to support decision making.
- Collaborate with management on a variety of assigned projects.
- Make recommendations as needed.
- Assist the dining team in organizing and coordinating events as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth and/or stay apprised of trends.
Other Functions
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensure)
- High school diploma with two years of experience in analyzing and researching data. Associate’s degree or higher may substitute for the required experience.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and intrapersonal skills.

- Typical office environment.
Work Schedule
- Varies based on dept needs.; may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
- This is a temporary, non-benefited position.
Salary Information
- $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.
